Student Registration (K-4)

If you have a new student (K-4) to register for the new school year, you may register them below. If you are new to the district you will need to create a new Aspire account to register.

Once a student is registered at Mountain Green Elementary School, the following items are required before your student may attend.

• Completed forms below
• Complete/Current Immunization Record
• Copy of Certified Birth Certificate
• Copy of Custody Documents if Parents Are Divorced
• Guardianship Form (If applicable)
