2022-2023 New Student Registration

 

If you have a new student to register for the 2022-2023 school year, you may register them below. If you are new to the district you will need to create a new Aspire account to register.

Once a student is registered at Mountain Green Elementary School, the following items are required before your student may attend.

  • Completed forms below
  • Complete/Current Immunization Record
  • Copy of Certified Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Custody Documents if Parents Are Divorced
  • Guardianship Form (If applicable)

2023-2024 Kindergarten Registration

 

If you have a new kindergarten student to register for the 2023-2024 school year, you may register them below. If you are new to the district you will need to create a new Aspire account to register.
